Ralph H. Grebow formed The Atlantic Companies (TAC) in 1994 in order to take advantage of his 25 years experience as an attorney representing land developers and homebuilders. Since then, TAC, has grown into a multi-million dollar company, providing land banking to both public and private builders and in the land and land development business.

Due to our extensive expertise in all things construction and development related, we are able to work with homebuilders to create programs that fund their projects or provide improved properties to all types of builders.

We have cooperated on a multitude of projects, and continue to expand our land banking, development and investment programs in our target markets, which include the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Florida, California, Arizona and Nevada.
